Oil-contaminated temperature change tests N² inerting

For this test the specimen is additionally supplied with oil, through which one of the factors that influences the technical products in their lifecycle is taken into consideration. For this temperature change test under the influence of oil we structure complex networked functional chains and analyze them. The special challenge in this case is the temperature range starting from -10 °C, since the oil from this point onwards is (actually) no longer capable of flowing. We have developed a procedure which overcomes this hurdle

Vibration test temperature superimposed with drive function (electrical, hydraulic) N² inerting

Our findings from statistical surveys across several years enter among other things, the product development of our customers. Prerequisite is the simulation of vibration and impact tests with the excitation types sinus, noise and shock in combination with superimposed temperature. This determines the general stress capability of a product, thus allowing statements on the expected lifecycle to be made. All conceivable component vibrations that can result in the total failure of a product are thus tested. Through the displacement of oxygen by nitrogen our temperature chambers furthermore provide the possibility of carrying out explosion-protected vibration tests.
